USES:
Acts to gently soothe sore and achy muscles. Heating action targets knotted & stiff muscles, and then leaves a soothing cooling sensation to ease pain. Perfect for
before and after exercise, after a long day, or anytime you're feeling a little stiff. Anti-inflammatory and acts to reduce scar tissue & also strengthen muscles, tendons and bone. Gentle Beeswax and coconut oil base acts to soften skin and improve circulation.
Ideal for sports injuries, muscle recovery, arthritic & rheumatic joints and sciatica. Also great for bruising & inflammation.

APPLICATION:
Apply a small amount directly to the body area that needs soothing and massage in for several minutes. Do this as often as needed.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Apply pressure or wrapping to the area after balm is applied, you will feel a much more intense
result.
