Check the individual product’s measurements, materials, lining and care instructions. The pad should extend beyond the saddle’s edges, sit evenly and remain clear of the horse’s spine and withers without wrinkles or excessive bulk.
Half pads may alter the space and balance beneath a saddle and should not be used to compensate for incorrect saddle fit. Seek advice from a qualified saddle fitter if you are uncertain about the suitability of a pad for your horse and saddle combination.
