Medi-Vet Poultice Pad

MEDI-VET Poultice is an easy to use, all purpose poultice and wound dressing.

Absorbent cotton, plastic lined pad. 20cm x 40cm 

It can be used Hot or Cold.

Each poultice contains 6g Tragacanth and 2g Boric Acid.

Ideal for use on both Horses and Dogs.

Instructions for use:

• dressing should be changed approx every 12 hours
• for hot dressing, cut the pad to size and place in boiled water, cooled to 38 deg C. Once wet, remove pad from water, squeeze excess out, and apply to affected area with plastic away from skin. Hold in place with cohesive bandage.
• for cold dressing, soak in cold water and apply to affected area. Can also be applied chilled after refrigeration in bag.
• for dry dressing, apply pad directly to affected area, with plastic away from skin.
