 Trading Hours and Last Dates for Xmas/ New Year 2025-26

As we head into the festive season, we’d like to take a moment to thank all our wonderful customers for your continued support throughout the year. From all of us here, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year. We hope the holiday season brings you plenty of joy, relaxation, and time with the people (and animals!) you love.

We would like you to have the best experience possible, even during busy holiday times. While we will be open for business and order processing throughout the Xmas season, including public holidays, our suppliers are not. Our regular suppliers are closing for pre-Xmas dispatch by Friday 19 Dec and will not reopen until 5 Jan. This means that some customer orders, or items, may not be dispatched until after 5 Jan if our stock sells out during holiday closures.

We highly recommend that customers anticipate requirements to cover the festive season and order early to ensure an ongoing supply. Below are the last dates for us to secure additional or bulky stock from selected suppliers before their extended Xmas closures:

• Staysound: Please place orders with us by COB Mon 15/12. They will reopen on 12/1.

• Stance Equitec: Please place orders with us by COB Monday 15/12. They will reopen on 5/1.

• Spectrum Int: Please place orders with us by COB Wed 17/12. They will reopen on 12/1.

• Abbey: Please place orders with us by COB Wed 17/12. They will reopen on 5/1.

• Kohnkes Own: Please place orders with us by COB Mon 22/12. They will reopen on 5/1.

PS. How's your first aid supply? Be prepared, stock up now!

The holiday season can be unpredictable and it's always a good idea to be prepared. Now is a great time to stock up on first aid and regular supplement supplies!

Australia Post lodgement dates for business dispatch of customer orders from NSW to metro destinations.

 

From NSW by standard or express post to metro destinations, as per the Australia Post website:

• NSW: standard Mon 22/12, express Tues 23/12
• ACT: standard Fri 19/12, express Tues 23/12
• VIC: standard Fri 19/12, express Tues 23/12
• QLD: standard Fri 19/12, express Tues 23/12
• SA: standard Fri 19/12, express Tues 23/12
• WA: standard Thurs 18/12, express Mon 22/12
• TAS: standard Fri 19/12, express Tues 23/12
• NT: standard Tues 16/12, express Mon 22/12

While we always do our best to dispatch orders promptly, the Xmas and New Year period can put additional pressure on freight networks. Because of this, we strongly recommend:

• Adding at least 2 extra business days to the usual delivery time for metro destinations

• Allowing plenty of additional time again for non-metro and regional areas

Once your order has been dispatched and is scanned into the hands of the courier, delivery timeframes are unfortunately beyond our control.

While we work with Australia Post, plus reputable couriers where necessary, and monitor performance closely, we cannot accept responsibility for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

If you have specific deadlines or larger consignments planned, we encourage you to lodge your orders as early as possible. We’re here to support you through the busy season—if you’re unsure about timing for a particular order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
