To all our valued customers, we understand these are trying times, and we wish to offer the following information:

As a family run business, operating primarily online, we are well placed to ride out the storm with minimum interruption, it is definitely a case of “business as usual”.

We are constantly monitoring availability of stock, but we are subject to variations in the supply chain from manufacturers and distributors, particularly of stock manufactured overseas, or locally manufactured from imported components.

In the event of a lock down imposed by authorities, suppliers, or transport contractors, there may be difficulties with delivery of goods in, and dispatch of orders out. We recommend that customers maintain a “reasonable” supply of what they consider to be essential items, eg first aid supplies, feed supplements etc.

Customers are very welcome to check with us first, to confirm availability of goods required.

For local customers who choose to Click & Collect, we are happy to offer non-contact pick up if desired, please contact us first to make suitable arrangements.
